Standing hip Extension

Physical Therapy in Tuckahoe, Yonkers and Mamaroneck for Hip

Stand while holding onto a firm support in you right hand.

Lift your right leg out behind you, hold, and lower to the ground with control. 

Be sure to keep your torso upright and not arch your back. 

Hold and repeat as advised by your Axiom PT & OT Plus Physical Therapist.
